MARINE DIAGNOSIS : 
Nowadays All yachts and motors are fully computerized.
Marine engine diagnostics is the analysis of the engine's ( auxiliary machinery or equipment- transmission) built in computer system (sometimes referred to as the engine control module - ECM, central processing unit - CPU, engine management module - EMM or the engine control unit - ECU). This is done by plugging a special processor into the ECU of the engine that connects to a computer.
The processor communicates with the onboard ECU and tells the technician valuable information about the engine which includes: The engine's model number, the engine's serial number, actual engine hours, the engine's RPM history profile, the engine's running temperature profile, current and stored fault codes, and a data parameter summary.
Engine diagnostics is essential to know and understand the engine's history, current issues, verify hours, and helps to understand the true overall condition of the engine. Computerized marine engine diagnostics saves hours of labor time (and money) on trouble shooting the engine and lets the technician know exactly what the problems are. 
I can analyze the engine's data parameters and see problems or potential problems that engine sensors (that rely on resistance and volt references) can not detect.  
We offer this service and use the latest in marine engine diagnostic technology. It is a simple and easy service to perform. We can come to the vessel's location to perform the service. The vessel can be in or out of the water for this service to be performed.
Some of the key / crucial data that our technicians can acquire:

• Actual Engine Hours - Many boats have mechanical and digital meters that can be changed, disconnected, or tampered with. (Many boats have no meter at all)
• RPM Run History (most models) - We can ascertain how aggressively the boat was run during it's life. How the hours are distributed through different RPM's.
• Fault History - We have the ability to see if any faults have been stored in the computer. We can also see if there are any current faults affecting performance.
• Overheat History - Our techs have the ability to see if there have been any overheats and how many have occurred.
• Live Sensor Readings - We have the ability to read any available sensors in real time on the engine. This can be done with the engine off or running.
• Diagnostic Tests - Each engine manufacturer has tests specific to their engines (Cylinder drop test, IAC valve tests, injector tests, etc.) 
• Additional Manufacturer Specific Data - You will obtain every value and data point available from the ECM in your experts diagnostic report. 

​ENDOSCOPE INSPECTION:
No Need for costly and time consuming removing parts of an engine . 
Articulating borescopes and endoscopes can reach into the engine's interior and record- see all interior engine parts as cylinder heads, valves, bearings , Liners etc.
This way you can plan ahead your maintenance schedule or assess damage reports.

​THERMAL IMAGING - FLIR :​
Thermal imaging (also sometimes referred to as thermography, thermal scanning, infrared imaging or infrared thermal imaging) is the means by which humans can see the infrared portion of the light spectrum. Every object gives off some amount of thermal radiation so thermal imaging is ideal for observing temperature anomalies that are abnormal in machinery, electrical equipment, and even in solids such as wood, aluminum, steel, and fiberglass. Thermal imaging does not require light to see thermal radiation (like you would see in night vision cameras which require some amount of light) so thermal cameras can see in absolute darkness. Thermal imaging is used widely in law enforcement, security, the military, air and sea navigation, surveillance, firefighting, private industry, medicine, and science.
